The Hotel Honucai’s Salicornia restaurant is a new feature with all the authentic flavour of the sea. Fishermen’s cuisine that will invigorate the senses and bring every hint of flavour to its maximum expression, over an elegant and charismatic backdrop full of light and dressed in natural materials. Chef Pablo Tomás has created an exclusive menu to celebrate the arrival of summer, with the most Mediterranean cuisine and a selection of refreshing cocktails for the night of San Juan, also a special menu for the 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th. What’s more, the following Sunday 23rd and 30th of June at 12:30 pm, the establishment holds its Salicombo Vermut & Music, a live music event dished up with an aperitif and appetisers with all the essence of the sea.
