VORO in March
After earning a Michelin star last November, the restaurant VORO, located in the Park Hyatt Mallorca, is preparing to re-open its doors this spring and welcome its guests with new experiences and surprises. Chef Álvaro Salazar and his team will continue to base their creations on a subtle and rebellious gastronomy concept, offering a cuisine that emphasises flavour and the desire to taste and experiment, beyond each bite.
Salazar specialises in an unfettered contemporary cuisine based on fresh local products, in young, free, bold and modern recipes. VORO offers two constantly evolving tasting menus (the Voro menu and the Devoro menu), along with a meticulous wine list featuring more than 200 references from Spain and abroad. At this point, the goal is to continue to work, while reaching for the Stars.
