What is the legitimation for the treatment of your personal data?

The legal basis for the data treatment, for the promotional purposes, will be, both the User’s consent, in case it has been requested and granted, and the legitimate interest of MALLORCA CONVENTION BUREAU in bringing to the User’s knowledge products or services similar to those that have been previously requested.

What is the purpose of collecting and processing your data?

MALLORCA CONVENTION BUREAU may use the personal data provided by the User, to provide the requested service and carry out promotional activities on other services, including sending to the e-mail address provided by the user: newsletters, commercial communications, and relevant promotional information of Mallorca for MICE industry. MALLORCA CONVENTION BUREAU collects the essential information to provide its services without exceeding such purposes in no case.

How long do we keep you personal data?

The information you provide will be under the care of MALLORCA CONVENTION BUREAU as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. Once this period is over, it will be destroyed, and /or it will be sent to its owner.

MALLORCA CONVENTION BUREAU will be able to transfer your personal data to the members of the association and the Public Administrations, at all times, in case that it is required in accordance with current legislation.

What are the rights of the users?

MALLORCA CONVENTION BUREAU informs you about the possibility that it assists you to exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition, removal, portability and limitation of the treatment, as well as to reject the automated processing of personal data collected by the association.

In addition to the rights above mentioned, the User shall have too the right to withdraw the consent granted at any time through the procedure described above, without this withdrawal of consent affecting the lawfulness prior to such withdrawal.

MALLORCA CONVENTION BUREAU also reminds the User about his/her right to submit a claim to the relevant control authority.
