The Pesquero, among the top picks of the Repsol Guide

The Restaurant Pesquero was recently hailed by the Repsol Guide as one of the best restaurants in Palma. This was a true acknowledgement of the effort, illusion and daily work of the establishment’s entire human team.
Only 16 restaurants in Palma have ever received this honour granted by the Association of Friends of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy, which has above all rated the rice dishes and paellas, as well as the quality of the fish and seafood dishes.
Founded in 1979, the primary aim of the Repsol Guide is to lend steadfast support to Spain’s domestic tourism and gastronomy, by orienting and guiding the traveller, to enable him/her to enjoy our diverse landscapes and flavours.
The restaurants are evaluated by anonymous critics, bearing in mind the culinary excellence, the quality of their raw materials and their preparation, the respect for the local cuisine, their wine list and their table and dining room service.
