Park Hyatt gastronomy

As of the month of May, the Park Hyatt Mallorca will be offering its guests different haute cuisine options to savour during their stay at the hotel. Among its proposals, the hotel affords guests the opportunity to enjoy three different cuisines in a single night: Asia, Spanish tapas and Balearic specialties, a sampling of these three cuisines with a selection of special dishes just for the occasion. As a guest chef, Juanda Bin Rustam, the Chef of the Hyatt Regency Kinabalu in Malaysia, will be dishing up this special gastronomic combination.
What’s more, every Tuesday the bar area will be holding “wine and cheese nights” and on Sundays the hotel will be serving brunch featuring a number of emblematic dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine. As of 17 June, on Saturdays the terrace will be offering Mediterranean barbecues with a Tandoori oven, along with live music, to delight guests in a matchless setting.
