TripAdvisor Awards go to Protur Hotels

At the 14th celebration of the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, member hotels of the Protur Hotels chain were honoured among the top establishments in their respective categories.
Special mention must be made of the Protur Biomar Gran Hotel & Spa, which ranked number two on the list of the 25 best luxury hotels in Spain. Moreover, the exclusive hotel 5* hotel in Sa Coma ranked number six on the list of the 25 Spanish hotels with the best customer service and earned the 21st position among the top hotels in the country.
Founded in 2002, the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards are the only awards in the tourism sector that are based on millions of opinions and comments by travellers around the world and reflect “the best of the best ” as regards service, quality and customer satisfaction, from hotels and accommodations to destinations, attractions and even brands and products.
