La finca de Son Termes fue fundada por el caballero Oliver de Termes durante el siglo XIII y ha sabido mantenerse como referente en la cultura y gastronomía mallorquina hasta día de hoy.
Dedicada desde 1966 al mundo de los eventos, posee diferentes salones con capacidades desde 25 hasta 1.200 comensales, todas ellas acondicionados con climatización, iluminación graduable, música ambiental y aseos. Además dispone fácil acceso y dos amplios parkings.
