Organic Garden for Guests

The Hilton Sa Torre Mallorca has added Juanjo Suárez to its kitchen team, a professional from the Canary Islands who has given a special touch to the establishment’s cuisine, renovating menus and providing the experience that he acquired while working with other prestigious chefs including Arzak and Berasategui. And to continue to provide novelties, the hotel is creating an organic garden, so that the guests can select their own fruit and vegetables directly. This project is already underway and will soon become a reality.
