New menu at Restaurant Pesquero

Restaurant Pesquero is starting the new season with a renovation of its wine list and its breakfast and lunch menus. The restaurant now features a wider variety of paellas and creamy and brothy rice dishes, which are always made with the finest raw market ingredients, including fresh local fish and seafood.
Moreover, El Pesquero has joined the trend of reinforcing the traditional Mallorcan cuisine, recovering virtually forgotten dishes in haute cuisine. It is with this criterion that the restaurant has added to its menu specialties such as the fish and seafood bouillabaisse, Mallorcan-style grouper and the traditional Mallorcan bread stew, sopes mallorquines.
This establishment is also updating its tapas, which are now divided into different categories: “The Classics”, “From the Sea”, “From the Countryside”, “Carpaccios, Tartars and Ceviches” and “Iberian cured meats”.
For the mornings, the restaurant has recovered the Mallorcan breakfast, featuring the traditional llonguet roll sandwiches and artisan ensaimadas.
