On 16-19 March, the Protur Biomar Gran Hotel & Spa in Sa Coma will be hosting Protur Chef, the first national culinary schools competition. This event will be offering the finest recipes of the great culinary prodigies of Spain, with a chefs’ competition, a second competition for kids, the Protur Chef Kids, and other activities including a gastronomy market with stands, workshops, samples, food trucks and more, along with Michelin Star winners.
Protur Chef will give you a glimpse of Spain’s foremost chefs of the future, who will be among the 20 competitors taking part in the event. The competition consists of the preparation of a recipe, along with a list of ingredients that will have to be added in and the essential personal signature of each competitor. The jury members will include the Torres Brothers, Koldo Royo, Tomeu Caldentey, Fran López and Marc Fosh, among others.
